Behind the elegance of BRIO – The Chefs’ Bar are exceptional talents. Nicolas Daul, our architect, designed a space inspired by the 1930s and the works of Sophie Taeuber-Arp and Jean Hans Arp, blending modernity and refinement.
Every detail was crafted by skilled hands: painters, carpenters, electricians, upholsterers, and sound system specialists combined their expertise to create a warm and vibrant space.
We thank all our artisans for transforming BRIO into a showcase where art and gastronomy meet.
